Chilli Nutty Prawns
- Heat the coconut oil in a wok
- Add the onions, garlic, chilli, spring onions and carrot and cook until onions are golden
- Add the prawns, cook a little (they will start to change colour) and then add the peanut or almond butter
- When the prawns are nearly cooked (golden colour), add the zucchini
- Add the sprouts and a pinch of salt and cook for 1 min then turn the heat off
- Finally, add the lime or lemon for a zesty flavour
