Tamari Beef & Vegetable Stir Fry
- Heat the coconut oil in a fry pan and gently sauté the chilli, garlic, onions and ginger until the onions are soft
- Add the beef and cook until brown
- Add all the vegetables and tamari. Cook until the vegetables are crunchy and bright
- Serve on a bed of brown rice
- Make extra servings to take for lunch the next day
